Returns and Exchange

Returns

If your product arrives and is faulty, we will accept returns which are not worn, altered, washed or damaged. If you wish to return a product, please make contact via the contact page, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Photos may be requested of the product to verify fault. The item must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted. We will not refund or exchange if you change your mind. Due to hygiene risks, face masks will not be exchanged, returned or refunded. Please purchase wisely using the sizing charts provided.

Refund Fee

Please note that if an order is cancelled or returned and we need to refund any amount, there is a 4% fee to cover the cost of charges we incur.

Postage

We do not pay postage for the return of goods, but will cover the cost of postage from our end to send out again - once only on full priced items. If it is on sale or a discounted item, for exchange you will have to pay the extra freight for us to send it out again.
